I was very pleasantly suprised how untraumatic my procedure was (gum surgery). This was largely due to Dr Rana’s attentive, patient and very efficient approach. She also played light hearted music in the background which was a great distraction. Both her and Angelo, her amazing nurse, managed to make me laugh and were extremely kind to me throughout the entire process, which considerably decreased my anxiety. I’m also extremely happy with the results a few days after the surgery, and looking forward to seeing her again for her impressions on the final results.
