A member of the International Meditation Teachers & Therapists Association (IMTTA) and accredited with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT), Shabnam delivers both group and individual wellness workshops aimed at guiding participants towards healing and personal growth. After spending over a decade in the corporate sector, she recognised the importance of prioritising holistic well-being, which led her to pursue her passion for art and overall wellness.
