My facial session experience at Al Shunnar Plastic Surgery was excellent. Soumia. The lovely and friendly beauty therapist , is prepared and delighted to offer skin care guidance. I felt very relaxed and at ease while she is doing the treatment and makes the whole experience a complete pleasure. I would also love to express my appreciation to clinic’s sweet representative Mrs. Waqar, is to be commended for her very helpful attitude. More than satisfied with the excellent service.

I'll try to keep this short even though my story is long. I've been struggling with excessive body hair my entire life, and by the time I started laser treatment with Ms. Soumia it was literally my final stretch. Up until then, I had been to more than 4 clinics and with each one I had gone above and beyond the course of treatment with little to no results. In fact, the last clinic I was in actually caused me burns and made the hair grow even worse in areas where it was finer. I had spent more than a decade, trying every option, and nothing seemed to work, no matter how many different machines I used or how high we pushed the energy - all I experienced was physical and emotional pain for very little results. That is, until I started with Soumia. I was very careful not to become too hopeful with the results. But I actually finally saw improvement, and with less pain than I had previously experienced. But there was something even more valuable than that. Ms. Soumia helped me feel seen, heard and cared for. She always responded to my levels of comfort and would alter the treatment according to my levels of tolerance. She never forced me to put up with pain. And it was never wasted. She was always caring towards me, as well as hard working and trying her best to help me. Every time when I felt like a lost cause or felt hopeless, she'd find a way to make me try one more time. One more new thing. She always made me feel safe, which is more than the previous clinics made me feel. I honestly owe more to her than she knows. She is a kind, warm, intelligent and beautiful professional inside and out. I will always be grateful to be under her care, and I hope she can always be around to bring patients like me the care they need, especially when all else fails for them.
