Dr Verushka is so caring to her patients, the way she explained the scenarios and risk factor of the surgery are very clear. Also as observed the way she communicates with her patients are very professional. The camarraderie and leadership that she built with her nurse assistant is so good Ms Liji Thomas. Im shouting out for the well done job not only to Dr. Verushka but to Ms Liji. Both took care of me until now and the performance both built are beyond my expectation. Additionally, both showed their expertise in their field and a big thank you to both of them.

Dr Verushka listens to her patients without rushing to conclusions, puts confidence in her patients that she will help with the situation and is always approachable and accessible if required. I travel from the other end of Dubai to meet her, that should say enough. In regard to Prime Pharmacy however, I am extremely disappointed. I saw Dr Verushka on 27 April and today (30 April) I am yet to receive my medication or have any update from them on the status of my meds. This is despite phone calls, messages and voice mails. Totally disappointing!!

The doctor and the entire team was so nice and friendly and i went through the surgery on 7th March so smoothly inspite of having a bit fear. I visited for follow up yesterday and doctor said i am heeling well. The nurse is also so nice and shows how much expertise she is having from the way he is handling everything.
