She quickly responded to questions via email or WhatsApp and was always friendly and empathetic during consultations. She also went above and beyond and helped us when our daughter ended up back in hospital during our first week at home. My elective c section with Jess was a hugely positive experience and my recovery was very quick with no complications. I will always be grateful to Jess for her kindness and care during my first pregnancy and birth.
