Mr Malagelada has a thorough approach to diagnostics and explains procedures and the anatomical processes clearly. He took time to listen to me during each stage of time under his care. Without hesitation, I would recommend Mr Malagelada for any foot injuries which are tricky and complex to resolve.

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.
