David was brilliant in explaining how the operation would proceed and what responsibilities I had to ensure his work was successful. It went well and he gave me a full assessment of how the operation went. In particular, what I needed to do carefully in the early days of physiotherapy. His assessment skills cannot be recommended highly enough. I felt honoured to have him do the operation.

Shoulder OP with the Exceptional Dr David Butt. I have had a shoulder issue for 6 months that was not getting any better with many visits to the physio. I had an injection to relieve the pain as I was not sleeping and finally had surgery to clean up my shoulder impingement. Dr Butt was extremely caring and understanding and very easy to communicate with. A great sense of humor and a welcoming attitude. A great Dr that I definitely recommend 5 Star service from him & his staff

I could not recommend Owen highly enough to anyone who is considering improving their posture or wanting to address back pain. I visiting Owen with lower back pain and wanting to improve my posture. He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.

Mr Williams was able to explain very clearly the options I had. Once I had decided, his reassurance gave me every confidence in him. His response to every queries I had before and after surgery was prompt. He wrote out a recovery plan which was most helpful for the physio and my understanding.

He performed surgery on my separated AC joint 11 years ago and it has been excellent ever since. I can play all the sport I want!

This is my first surgical procedure under Mr. NiK Bakti, and I need to await the outcome upon full recovery to more meaningfully feedback on his excellence, but given his profile and him being on Benenden Hospital's medical team , I felt confident to rate him well. The briefing meeting with me prior to surgery could have been a little more reassuring.

Very good listener to fully understand my problem. Very easy to talk to. Following MRI scan she carefully showed and explained the findings on screen and suggested the best way forward with treatment. Overall a very positive experience.

Dr Halfpenny is extremely knowledgeable in his field, very personable and understanding of the emotional complexities of chronic pain. Takes time to thoroughly explain diagnoses, gives opportunity to ask questions and very reassuring.
