Kathy is a very good physio. Her manual work was very efficient for my back pain and I was able to recover very fast. She also gave me efficient exercises to practice at home or at work I do recommend her!!

Dr Kumar was very friendly and gave me clear and easy to understand expectations as too what was happening. He was prepared to answer any questions I had . Overall very friendly and professional and I was completely at ease throughout.

Martin was incredibly professional and friendly. He worked with me to understand where my pain is coming from and propose specific exercises. Over the 5-6 months I developed a better understanding of what I need to change in my workout and implemented his recommendations. Very clear and to the point, nice to deal with

I was greeted with an introduction that explained what Dr Catherine Mathews was qualified in. She did not want to see the letters from the doctors as she preferred to examine the issue so she could make her own diagnosis. This approach was backed up by the outcome that the doctors letter was not addressing the real issue. Plain X-rays and MRI scans are required to further diagnose the issue.

Top physio and has fixed several different issues I have had over the years. Super friendly and knows his stuff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Mr Webb’s PA Robyn was fantastic as her communication whether by email or phone was excellent. Mr Webb himself was friendly and reassuring about the operation I needed. The operation itself has been totally successful as I have had no pain at all and immediately can do things I wasn’t able to do before due to the pain I was in. Within two weeks following my knee operation I am walking without crutches and back to walking my dog. Amazing!

I could not recommend Owen highly enough to anyone who is considering improving their posture or wanting to address back pain. I visiting Owen with lower back pain and wanting to improve my posture. He is professional, encouraging, and knowledgable. He designed a well-organised 8-week program that I have followed with great success, resulting in reduced back pain and improved posture. Owen provides clear instructions and demonstrations of each exercise and provides helpful feedback on my form in our sessions. Owen has progressed my exercises programme as the sessions have gone on and I have noticed a significant improvement compared to when I first started. He also provided exercises to complete outside of the sessions as well advice on how to improve posture in the workplace. Rehab sessions with Owen are enjoyable and he consistently provides a personal and friendly service.
