Dr Bester is professional whilst also being very friendly. He always dealt with any concerns I had in a reassuring manner. He has contributed greatly towards my gradual recovery.

Dr Lavan is an excellent GP. He is one of the first doctors who listened to me and my concerns without dismissing them. He referred me for a scan, he later explained the results clearly and he provided guidance for a follow-up with a specialist. His explanations regarding medical tests were very detailed but easy to understand. Also, I was able to get a same day appointment which is fantastic and the price set at £50 for a phone appointment was also reasonable. Very good experience overall.

I unreservedly recommend Dr. Ducci as a psychiatrist. She is not only highly educated, trained, and experienced, but also deeply caring and listens closely. Dr. Ducci's communication style during our therapy is clear and based on our relationship of mutual trust. In my experience Dr. Ducci 's therapeutic guidance is extremely constructive and practical. In fact, after stopping therapy for a few years, I chose to return to Dr. Ducci to resume my therapy to cope with my depression and life choices because I found her so helpful.

Very pleasant, will happly listen and not try and intrupt like some professionals i have had consultants with in the past at other facilities. Explained everything and if i wasnt sure found a way of relating it to something in a way i would understand. All in all fantastic all round doctor and i couldnt have asked for better.

My daughter went to see Dr Anthony for depression and anxiety, she had seen numerous doctors in the past and each time she still felt the same, no one seemed to be able to help her. She found Dr Anthony's details on the internet and went for an initial consultation. This consultation was just what she needed, Dr Anthony was professional, patient, understanding, everything you would want a Doctor to be when you have a young woman feeling so sad and anxious about life. Prof Bloomfield was the nicest doctor I've met and allowed me to ask all my questions and make the best use of the time possible. I think he may have gone slightly over the time limit which is very much appreciated to make sure our appointment went well and we were set up for the next steps. Furthermore, I really appreciate his empathy and validation in caring not only about my condition, but treating myself as a person and reassuring my family. It goes without saying he is at the top of his field in both research and clinical experience and that provides a great level of reassurance and admiration when speaking too him.
