We feel she goes above and beyond what we could have expected from our meetings. She's very knowledgeable and it puts us at ease knowing our sons in good hands. We value her time and expertise. Dr Lavan is an excellent GP. He is one of the first doctors who listened to me and my concerns without dismissing them. He referred me for a scan, he later explained the results clearly and he provided guidance for a follow-up with a specialist. His explanations regarding medical tests were very detailed but easy to understand. Also, I was able to get a same day appointment which is fantastic and the price set at £50 for a phone appointment was also reasonable. Very good experience overall.
