Clearly explained the procedure and allowed me to make my own decision on which on treatment, gave me information to take away and read.

This was my first meeting with Dr Ratheesh. I was utterly satisfied. He was courteous and immediately put me at ease. Additionally, he was responsive and thorough in all aspects. I found his insight, knowledge and advice most helpful. I would be very happy to have him as my regular GP.

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

I came to see Mr. Liantis with a lower back pain and had an excellent experience with him. He has a friendly and calming manner. He explains things methodically and is generous with his time. As a patient you feel like you are in save hands with Mr. Liantis. My MRI results did not show anything of a concern but it was reassuring to hear a detailed explanation from Mr. Liantis and look at the scan together. I would recommend this doctor.

Dr. Singh is an incredible practitioner. He is extremely patient and kind and seems to care deeply about his patients. I am new to the UK medical system and he has taken a great deal of time explaining how things work here and helping me to find the correct treatment and work within the system. He is extraordinarily responsive to questions and frequently gets back to me the same day, even if it's outside of normal business hours. I have seen a lot of practitioners and rarely have I felt that they truly understand my condition and are interested in discussing possible treatments. Dr. Singh is exceptional in that respect. I have never felt rushed or that I've been anything other than a top priority at each appointment. I cannot recommend Dr. Singh more highly. Mr Al-Ani has been a tremendous help in the journey to relieve my pain. His manner and knowledge improved my confidence and belief that I would get better and has changed my outlook for the future beyond my expectations.

Dr Jacobs is very welcoming and reassuring. He spoke to my daughter to understand things from her perspective and made her feel very involved in her consultation. He is amazing with children and was very thorough. He was keen to find out how my daughter was doing the next day and called to see how she got on at school. Dr Benjamin was also the same with my son in previous appointments and his care and concern for his patients really does comes across.
