I was most impressed with the efficient process right through to the actual date of my two replacement knee operations within a year. Both operations were a success, thanks to the brilliant team at the Horder Centre. I like to give a special mention to Mr Armitage for his skill as well as his courteous handling of the pre- and post-op handling of the two procedures.
