Tev talked me through the procedure, its pluses and minuses, with a clear understanding of the sufferers state of mind, concerns and expectations. I was therefore left in no doubt about my decision to proceed and my confidence was hightened by his reassurances. The procedure was no more troublesome than expected and I clearly recognised every step and element of the explanation I had been given.
