Having being referred to Dr Kwan, he contacted me promptly and was even able to provide me with a same day video consultation. He was very thorough and took time to understand my issues. He was able to get the relevant tests arranged with a fast turnaround, which was a great relief. Dr Kwan also took time to explain any issues and outcomes from results in a way that was understanble. I felt reassured being treated by Dr Kwan and that I was in safe hands given his expertise in the field.
