Dr Blackburn is a very knowledgeable and experienced plastic surgeon. From day one he explained all procedures very clearly in a simple language and made sure I understood everything. He made himself available so I could contact him directly whenever I had any questions or worries and always responded promptly. He is kind and sympathetic. Very perfectionist and professional. I had wonderful surgical attention from Professor Malata for a cut out of a BCC. on my left forearm and a punch biopsy on my forehead ably supported by his nursing assistant Jenny. I immediately felt comfortable during my consultation with Miss Hunter who took time in explaining everything and answering all my questions. I was shown before and after photos of patients who had the same procedure that I was contemplating. I left the consultation feeling confident on what could be achieved. I am almost 1-year post surgery (breast reduction & lift) and I am delighted with the results. My sister accompanied me on the consultations and post-op checks and suffice is to say that when she decided she was ready for some self-improvement she also went to Miss Hunter and she too had a great experience and result. I also want to mention Miss Hunter's PA Sophie who was excellent as well as being kind and patient.

I have seen Mr. Siva Kumar 4 times with a specific issue. Each time he put me at ease, listened to concerns and responded with care and understanding. He could not have been kinder or more reassuring and talked through options and what they could mean. He is clearly a very skilled surgeon who also has the most pleasant manner.

Dr Erel was the second dr I had a consultation with when going for my chin lipo. When I met Dr Erel I felt so much more at ease than the other dr I spoke to from another team in central london. I knew I was in the right place. I am now 6 weeks post op and I do not regret my decision. Dr Erel was very transparent with the procedure and told me not to worry as he would make sure I am not scared during the procedure. During the procedure Dr Erel and his team had some background music playing and Dr Erel even sang a few lyrics, all of this helped towards making sure I was not anxious and it truly worked. I am happy with my results and I can see the difference, however it is not a crazy difference where people have noticed, rather it is a subtle change which had greatly enhanced my confidence. The nurses were also very kind and supportive during my short stay. I felt very cared for. The receptionist are also always easy to get ahold of and dedicated a lot of time to any queries I had.

I would recommend Marcus without any hesitation, I recently had a bilateral breast reduction and my treatment from consultation to discharge was fantastic. Marcus has a knack of making you feel like you're his only patient and I felt in very safe hands. I had one small issue which was dealt with immediately. I'm extremely happy with the whole experience.
