Dr Lavan is an excellent GP. He is one of the first doctors who listened to me and my concerns without dismissing them. He referred me for a scan, he later explained the results clearly and he provided guidance for a follow-up with a specialist. His explanations regarding medical tests were very detailed but easy to understand. Also, I was able to get a same day appointment which is fantastic and the price set at £50 for a phone appointment was also reasonable. Very good experience overall.

Gentle on examinations. No post operative bruising ( experienced severe bruising with another surgeon) Has a very calm easy manner, that makes you feel comfortable to express your concerns with.

Dr Burcombe was very reassuring at a very scary time. He was always happy to answer all of my questions and helped to reassure me about the way forward.

Highly recommend Dr fazel he was very kind & compassionate & found him to be very truthful about surgery, didn’t feel pressured into having anything in particular & put mine & my husband’s mind at ease about not having to rush into surgery, which I had been advised that needed my implants removed as a matter of urgency by another surgeon. He explained all my options & told me it’s my choice what I decide but gave me a few different options to choose from. I didn’t feel rushed in consultation & felt that I was listened to. Will definitely be booking surgery with Dr fazel & would recommend him to anyone.

Mr Chong immediately put me at ease. Took the time to actually listen to my concerns & discuss past history. He explained the process after he had examined me - mammogram & scan. A very nice gentleman.
