Time was taken to explain my options so I could choose, this was vital to making me feel more in control and confident. She is friendly, thorough and experienced. Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal. I have seen Mr. Siva Kumar 4 times with a specific issue. Each time he put me at ease, listened to concerns and responded with care and understanding.
