The whole experience, although frightening as I was anxious because of the recall, was highly professional and both the consultant and nurse practitioner put me at ease and answered all of my questions fully. I could not fault the process at all. It was quick with an instant result that put my mind at ease and stopped my anxiety.

Mr Garg is an excellent doctor, he was super nice, was able to articulate everything very clearly, answered all the questions that I had.

Mr. James is a highly skilled surgeon; professional and honest with a likeable and easy manner. I went to see Matt to discuss a facelift. He explained fully what the surgery would involve and made me feel relaxed and confident about the whole process. I thought "this is the person for me, I can trust this guy". My surgery went very well. I was astonished how quickly I recovered. Swelling and bruising where minimal with hardly any pain, just mild discomfort. I also had fat transfer to marionette lines, and nasolabial folds. Jowls gone, and neck looked tighter. No more "square" face, or saggy cheeks, I felt and looked so much younger, fresher and happier. It's knocked years off my face. Not bad when you're 71. If, like me, you've been dithering about surgery for years, rest assured Matt has the expertise to attain your goal. Matt and his team have done a superb job. Special thanks to Tracey for "holding my hand" and giving me advice. I cannot recommend Matt James and his team highly enough. Thank you all.
