I very much like this hospital. I have never had to wait more than a few minutes and the staff are always pleasant. The hot chocolate machine is a lovely additiona and the specialists are world class.

One appointment I had to wait 40 mins - staff shortages. Apart from that appointments were processed promptly

My experience at The Vesey was fantastic from start to finish. They were quick and friendly in responding to a number of questions I had at the start, booking the appointment was simple and prior to this, the consultant contacted me to ensure I was aware that additional tests may be required on the day. This meant that I had no horrible surprises which was very much appreciated. The hospital itself is very clean and has a warm and friendly atmosphere. We Saw Dr Tristan Ramcharan who was brilliant with my anxious 9 year old daughter. He was very knowledgable and invested time in understanding the background to why we had made the appointment. I was very pleased with my experience and wouldnt hesitate to recommend or use The Vesey in the future.

Spire hospital is excellent, every visit. Now, the pharmacy service is something that we won't be using from now on... very, very slow

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Very good experience generally but place is starting to look tired.

All the Staff are very pleasant and appointment on time.
