I recently travelled from London to see Jaz to get help with a TMD flare up. I had no idea what to expect, but I was beyond happy with my experience. The appointment was thorough and all my history of my symptoms were taken. I felt listened to for the first time since my flare up occurred and Jaz knew exactly what was going on with my TMD issue which led to a diagnosis. The appointment consisted of various tests to confirm the diagnosis, but all this reassured me that I was in the right hands. He really is an expert in the TMD field which is a rare find in the U.K. I also didn't feel pressured to commit to anything and he even spent a bit longer with me to answer all my questions. After the appointment I was sent a report on time about his findings and recommendations and he has even followed up to make sure everything is okay, which really means a lot to me. I cannot recommend him enough as a TMJD dental expert and I will only be seeing him again if another flare occurs in the future. Thank you for making my experience a positive one.

Pleasant, professional and caring, during an hour long appointment, Dr Sai checked I was ok as we went along explaining what he was doing as he went. He used a dental dam thing on me which stopped water from the drill going down the back of my throat and therefore saving me swallow every few minutes disturbing his work. I wasn’t sure at first about the dam, but it was actually far easier with it than without. I would be happy to have it used again. Never that keen on the dentists, this was a far from unpleasant experience.

To one of the most amazing team of people - I am writing this review following multiple crown preparations and crown fits to my teeth undertaken by Emma, but also with excellent technical work by Mike, in designing my new enhanced teeth. I would also like to commend the reception and administrative team who are so very compassionate when booking and needing advice. They are always available to listen, care, and take action on any concerns or challenges I have experienced. The team of nurses are so professional, technically excellent and empathetic, and work in total partnership with the dentist's and hygienists - Chloe, who is my hygienist, is an excellent coach and I leave my appointments with her, feeling motivated to continue with my ongoing oral hygiene plan. My rationale for having the work done was a combination of some bite and eating food struggles, and cosmetic changes that I felt I needed to have. In addition to this, I was aware that my self esteem, mental health and well being are key to my ongoing journey as a person who is determined to live the rest of my life in the words of Robert Browning "Grow old with me - the best is yet to be". Very calm and patient doctor. Explained me the procedure very nicely multiple times as I had come in for plunging ranula issue. Came to see me everyday in the hospital answered all my questions. His assistant is also brilliant. Highly recommended. Very knowledgeable.

Really really surprised minimal pain afterwards especially considering how much I was dreading having the tooth taken out but Dr Nagpal was really reassuring and gentle. Thank you so much.
