This is the second procedure that Mr Chipperfield has undertaken for me and it was with complete confidence, despite my questions, that he was able to reassure me that the outcome would be just as good. The original date for my operation was even brought forward when I advised Benenden that I was experiencing increased levels of pain.

I came to Dr Bownes for a second opinion on two MRIs of my knee. He did not provide a clear response to whether my ACL was damaged despite repeatedly asking him, and he did not seem worried my knee pain was left undiagnosed. I did not feel my concerns were heard during or after the meeting, or that he looked at the MRIs carefully, and he seemed to have made up his mind before looking at them. Dr. Bownes did not seem very interested in my case.

Such a relaxed easy going man, approachable and highly respected by all of his team. The theatre experience was great - music and light hearted banter which was perfect for taking my mind off the operation.

I felt really comfortable and relaxed with Dr Seah. He explained everything very well in a manner which I understood! When I saw him I was in considerable pain and was really worried about going on a holiday to the States which involved a lot of walking. He was so good and arranged for everything to be actioned quickly including having a steroid injection. The result was like magic and I was able to walk pain free which meant I had a great holiday! At the moment my knee is still OK! I would have no hesitation in recommending Dr Seah to anyone who wants a professional and first class service.
