I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

They explained each test in detail, which helped alleviate any anxiety I had and ensured I knew what to expect. Moreover, the hospital itself is modern, clean, and well-equipped with the latest technology. The facilities are top-notch, reflecting the high standard of care that all hospitals under HCA UK are known for. The environment is both professional and comforting, which significantly contributes to the overall positive experience. I am incredibly grateful for the level of care I received at Wellington Hospital. The friendly and dedicated staff went above and beyond to make my visit as smooth and stress-free as possible.
