Dr Adhya was very approachable and friendly. He seemed extremely knowledgeable, with good communicative skills, being able to clearly explain the situation and possible ways forward. Firstly I was very pleased that I was able to arrange an appointment with Dr Ramrakha fairly quickly. He was very thorough in examining my recent medical tests at A & E with reference to a recent angina problem. I was pleased that he was going to arrange more tests and amend my medication. After my consultation it made me feel very confident in dealing with Dr Ramrakha

Professional, Friendly, took time to explain thing to me without feeling rushed

Dr Gray had taken the time to read up on my case prior to my appointment and so was aware of my situation and so able to discuss next steps in my care.

I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.
