James is an extremely experienced and competent physiotherapist who came recommended through my knee surgeon. He is able to quickly diagnose the underlying problem and suggest the necessary exercises, which he records as mini videos and then shares through email (rather than some complex platform requiring multiple passwords!) He has a very friendly demeanor and i can honestly not recommend him enough. The only downside is that he is often booked well in advance.

The whole experience from checking in through to discharge was friendly, highly efficient and totally professional. Every step explained . Just first class. Only comment the centre is not easy to find!
