I have been under the expert care of Dr Pakrashi for nearly two years now. Throughout that time he has been quick to act on any cardiological concerns he had about me and consistently given me clear, helpful and reassuring advice. He has kept my GP practice fully informed and reminded them in writing about any actions he felt necessary. He also kindly provided comprehensive advice to two different surgeons before they operated on me (non-cardiological procedures) on the cardiological risks. I am most grateful to be under his care.

Dr Marciniak was welcoming from the get go. He was extremely thorough, patient and understanding throughout the entire consultation. I was not rushed and was given the opportunity to explain my symptoms from start to finish, and made me feel listened to. He ensured I understood everything which was explained to me, allowed me to ask questions and explained the next steps clear and concisely. For some, being within a hospital setting can be daunting but Dr Marciniak makes it the total opposite.

Professor Missouris was attentive, listened to my views and questions, and answered them. I found his manner to be reassuring, calm and honest. As I am someone who suffers from 'white coat syndrome', I was impressed at how quickly I relaxed during my consultations with him.
