I find my consultations with Dr Baker to be both informative, pragmatic and extremely reassuring.

Dr Bhalla was very welcoming, open and informative. He gave a very clear explanation of the diagnosis and treatment in addition to the possible next steps. He also gave ample opportunity for questions to be asked by both myself and my wife.

I was referred to Dr Vroon’s clinic via A&E and was feeling very low and vulnerable but by the time the consultation was finished I was more relaxed and hopeful and feeling that the NHS would do everything it could for me. His approach was gentle, friendly, relaxed and reassuring. I felt he was very respectful of me and my situation. He was very thorough and outlined tests he felt appropriate, what they were for and possible solutions. I felt he was looking at all of the solutions and he explained my journey over the next few months. He spent time ensuring I understood everything and gave me loads of space to ask questions. My mood lifted as he spoke and began to realise that there were tests, results and then future plans. I left the clinic feeling very hopeful and very cared for. I had the best sleep for months after speaking to him. The follow-up consultation was just as helpful and supportive. My health had begun to improve from one of his recommendations and he outlined plans for the following months. I have been through many appointments over the last five years and I can easily say that Dr Vroon’s was the most memorable. He is a special human being with a fantastic bedside manner and meeting him is therapeutic in itself. I am a retired NHS director and have worked with hundred of Doctors, nurses and Consultants over the years and would have felt privileged and blessed to work alongside him. I cant recommend him highly enough.

Prof Neil fully explained my RBH test results. He gave me complete sssurance that my heart was sound.

Dr Stephens answered all my questions comprehensively and in a manner that could be understood by a non medical specialist. He demonstrated empathy to me and was very happy to discuss my questions.

It was a pleasure to meet Dr Irving. She is clearly a renowned expert but still took her time to listen carefully to all my concerns and explain her diagnosis and the science/reasoning behind it in a clear and straightforward manner. On top of that she was very welcoming and friendly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend her.

Dr Khambekar made us instantly feel at ease and able to ask any questions we needed. She provided really clear and thorough explanations which made us feel reassured that the right steps were being taken. Great, caring bed side manner and would definitely recommend Dr Khambekar to others.

Dr. Pakrashi has been wonderful in assessing and treating my teenage daughter for her irregular heartbeat; we are very confident with his diagnosis. He has answered all of her questions and has helped her with anxieties about her condition.
