After a nightmare at Moorfields with my first cataract surgery, which took ages to rectify (and not by them), it was such a relief to have my second cataract surgery under Mr. Shalchi's go so smoothly and expertly. The Princess Margaret hospital is so much nicer and more efficient than Moorfields too.

She was able to explain what the next steps would be, which would involve an operation, and followed up with us afterwards to ensure my father was recovering well.
