Happy with mr Robbie ray and what he has done

As an NHS patient, Mr Tibrewal worked hard to allow me to be treated at Nuffield Health in Brentwood so that my surgery could take place after being on the waiting list 17 months for ACL reconstruction - a surgery I had needed after injuring myself in 2020. Mr Tibrewal explained every detail thoroughly & answered my many questions without hesitation. I am now 7 weeks post op & I’m very happy with the successful outcome of the surgery. I can’t thank Mr Tibrewal enough.

I recently saw Mr Khan for patella tendinopathy. From start to finish he was professional and reassuring. He explained the condition and the options available to me, listened to my concerns and ultimately put my mind at ease. I loved the diagrams he drew and how he pointed out the problem on the MRI scan. I came away feeling that really knew what was happening inside my body and what I needed to do to get back on track. Nothing was too much trouble. I have had my injection, am well into my physiotherapy treatment and the knee feels great. Thank you Mr Khan.

Very polite and friendly. I wasn't completely certain about how long I would be off work for. I was told we wouldn't know until my foot was opened up to see what was wrong. Mr Dhinsa tried to talk to me about the surgery when I was in recovery, but I'm not sure that was the best place as I wasn't with it! I'd have preferred it if he could have come and seen me and my husband afterwards so I could understand what had happened. I also had questions about me recovery and would have liked that opportunity to ask him.

I highly recommend Dr. Ajuied to anyone in need of a knee specialist. He is not only highly skilled but also a compassionate and energetic professional who truly goes above and beyond for his patients. What truly stood out was his ability to make the entire consultation process comfortable and stress-free. His enthusiasm and positive attitude are infectious, leaving you feeling hopeful and assured about the path forward.

Overall, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise in his field. He was able to address my concerns with clear and insightful information, which was very reassuring. However, I did feel that the appointment was somewhat rushed. I would have appreciated a bit more time to discuss my issues in detail and to feel fully heard. While I understand that doctors have tight schedules, a slightly more relaxed pace would greatly enhance the patient experience.

On the whole, a lovely consultant. The reason for the 4 stars was a very slight language barrier, and also explanation of surgery in recovery when still groggy from anaesthetic. Not his fault, just time restraints. Happy for him to perform surgery in the future, if needed?
