I have received excellent care at One Hatfield. Every member of staff has been kind, caring and friendly. The hospital is spotless and both pre and post surgery I had fantastic support. My nurse was attentive and reassuring with my post surgery care. She ensured I had sufficient information regarding pain relief etc before I left and made sure I was comfortable enough to go home. The reception staff were polite and welcoming. My pre op care was comprehensive with various tests and always with a clear explanation. I have had a very positive experience at One Hatfield and would highly recommend them

Spire Hospital was amazing! The cleanest hospital ever! Every single member of staff I came across and spoke to was so helpful and genuinely showed care for me. I felt very comfortable there. The room I stayed in was lovely, it had a TV and en suite. Very pleased with my stay!

Very efficient and friendly

I was looked after at the RNOH when I was undergoing major spinal surgery, March 2024. The staff there were amazing, from when we arrived a day early, they still accommodated for us, to just coming in and checking up on me regularly. They are all really friendly and will come and help you quickly if you need something. The hospital itself is in a really nice area, surrounded by lots of trees and the countryside, so a very nice place to look out of from your window in your room, or when you are having a walk around. The garden was lovely too, it allowed a chance to be able just to have a short walk outside without having to go too far away from your room. The food was good, compared to lots of other hospital catering, and there were always snacks and drinks by your bed if you every get hungry. Overall, it is a really good hospital!

I have attended the Rivers on numerous occasions over many years and am happy to return.
