Some of the receptionist staff were not very welcoming or polite. I also was out of hours for the pharmacy and was told I could only get a prescription from there, which of course wasn't helpful. I had to request a prescription from NHS in the end which added significant time.

I was assisted as soon I entered the hospital and directed to where I needed to be. The reception at Willow unit was friendly. My pre-assessment went well and Ros Court explained everything and was very patient with all my questions.

Beautiful presented hospital staff extremely friendly my appointment time was prompt.

Excellent treatment throughout my journey I could not have wished for better treatment, from all members of staff. The standard of facilities was also high as was the cleanest.
