I was surprised by the lack of a spitting sink in the hygienist chair. I had to spit into a plastic cup. She made no comment on my teeth! Nor did she give me any advice. The dentist chair had a huge rip in it. The dentist deduced that 10% off £120 with Denplan would be £110 as opposed to £108……I was fairly unimpressed with my visit. The SA receptionist was delightfully friendly and an asset to the practice.

Absolutely brilliant. I visited Dr Siddique and she calmed my nerves. She didn’t not let me feel any pain and she kept me updated while treating me. She’s a lovely and friendly person.

He listened to my preferences and did everything in his power to ensure my dental requirements (both technical and aesthetic) were met. Peter was really caring and didn’t want me to feel pain so kept asking if I was okay and not feeling any discomfort. I travelled from Scotland to get the procedure done and Peter said just call or email if I needed help with anything and that gave me peace of mind to know he would be available should the need arise. The entire team of staff at Dr. Richard Clinics in Devonshire Place are polite, professional and patient. The clinic is modern, clean and well kept. The receptionist is very friendly as are the dentists and the nurses. I would highly recommend Dr Richards Clinics to everyone I know.
