I was so pleased to see Dr Malaiya as she treated me when I was very ill over five years ago, and she was welcoming and spent time answering my queries, and concerns. she took notes and explained that she was writing to my GP asking if my medication could be reviewed and alternatives could be found as some of the drugs could possibly weaken my bones if taken for too long. During the consultation, she thoroughly reviewed my test results with her colleagues and referred me to them. I appreciated that she treated me with empathy and consideration, making me feel validated as an individual rather than just a number. It is reassuring to see a doctor who genuinely cares about her patient's well-being.

The whole family's concerns were addressed but at the centre was the patient and her concerns a truly exemplary consultation in every way. To take a case that had long been beyond the reach of NHS dogma; to deconstruct it and then elementally re-combine the components around a single evidence backed core explanation, was an absolute object lesson in how academic and free-thinking medicine can be conducted to the benefit of the patient, their family and support networks. This consultation was a masterclass in common sense practice triumphing over outdated concepts and barriers in thinking. We cant thank Dr Brennan enough for returning self belief and faith in herself back to our daughter.

My experience with Dr Hamdulay has been excellent. He took his time to understand my situation and didn’t make me feel like I was asking stupid questions like I had with another specialist. He took the right steps to assess my problem and explained the process in a clear and understandable way. Once the test results were in he discussed them with me and made me feel at ease.
