A very positive experience indeed. With my symptoms improving, the doctor took a pragmatic, but most importantly, extra cautious and thorough approach to my condition. This, in turn, diagnosed and allowed treatment of a more serious health issue that I in fact had. Without this approach I would have suffered a much worse health condition in the future. This would not have been recognised without Dr Pitchers care, experience and intuition in digging deeper into my symptoms. Finally once this was recognised it was dealt with sensitively and in a very timely way.

He arranged for immediate tests and admission. Within a matter of hours he had identified the immediate problem and was able to treat it. Thereafter he supervised my husband's inpatient care until he was discharged three days later and has regularly liaised with other medics also caring for my husband.
