It was a very friendly and welcoming place , Very clean and the whole experience was flawless and ran smoothly.

The online and telephone procedures for booking, confirming and updating appointments worked very smoothly and with minimal delays. My overall impression of the hospital throughout was one of calm, efficiency and professionalism. The reception staff were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Likewise the nursing and support staff I met could not have been more supportive and friendly - and sympathetic when required in the few anxious moments.

Administration was a little ad hoc and concerning at the beginning, but did start to improve.

Very clean hospital, polite staff, good standard of meals served. I’ve been dealt with without any unnecessary delays.

I always find the staff at The Manor friendly and helpful. Wait times are minimal and it has a calming atmosphere. Parking is always an absolute nightmare and something needs to be done about it. It causes unnecessary anxiety.
