I had to wait 1 hour 25 mins to be seen, I nearly fell asleep in the waiting room after the reception staff even left for the days. It reminded me of NHS wait times when I go for an appointment.

The entire pre- and post-surgery has been extremely easy to schedule with LIPS.

Exceptional care and attention to detail from all staff encountered from admission to discharge during recent overnight hospitalisation for a procedure. Admitting and surgical nurses put me at ease prior to my procedure and the post operative nursing care was attentive ensuring I felt well, safe and in good hands. Catering staff and nursing care assistant also provided excellent service. No hesitation in recommending this hospital. Outstanding.

I cannot recommend the Lister Fertility Clinic highly enough. Having had bad experiences with previous clinics, the care I received under the team at the Lister was everything. The team are just amazing and leave no stone unturned, and their personal approach and empathy are exemplar. I was very well looked after during my stay in the hospital, the hospitality and accommodating staff made sure I was very well looked after. It was a pleasure to be under their care.

We would rate our time at the Lister highly overall. Having a relatively small team means we got to see the same friendly faces who we feel genuinely cared about us and our experience; we appreciated the personal touch. The whole team are brilliant and we would like to send them our heartfelt thanks. The only slight frustration we had was that it could be very difficult to get through to the clinic on the phone, although communication did appear to get a little easier the further we got into treatment.
