The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which helped ease any initial nerves I had. When I met with Dr. Ibrahim, he listened attentively to my concerns and took the time to address each one thoroughly. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me feel reassured and empowered about my health. Dr Ibrahim didn't rush through the appointment and made sure I felt heard and understood every step of the way. I had an extremely positive experience with Mr Sadek and his practice from start to end. I visited him for severe lower back pain, I was seen after one day and within one week I had an MRI scan done, reviewed, and a diagnosis. I appreciated the empathy and the thorough explanations which reassured me as a patient, generated understanding of my next steps, set my recovery expectations, and clarified what I have to do to get there. A special thanks to Mr Sadek super efficient and polite assistant Maryam who behind the scenes managed the process so that is was swift and as easy as possible for me.

My experience from start finish was excellent. I was thoroughly given all the information prior to surgery and very well looked after during and after. Before meeting Mr Akula I had a herniated disc L5-S1 and I was in constant agony. I'm now 9 weeks post op and i already feel like I've got my life back.

My daughter was diagnosed with scoliosis in August 2023 and Dr Lucas supported her to understand the treatment she required. She underwent spinal fusion surgery in March 2024. Thoughout this process Dr Lucas has been professional and informative and we have felt in safe hands at all times. 4 weeks post surgery she is doing very well and the surgery was a great sucess!
