I’d describe my experience with Dr. Ciara Ennis as outstanding. I decided to get my teeth straightened later in life (50), having hated my previously crooked teeth my whole life, and began the 2.5yr journey with a consultation. She is clearly at the top of her game, has a confidence and authority in describing the process, as well as undertaking the treatment, but sugar-coated nothing. She worked with me throughout the journey, clearly outlying my options at each key stage, but also making clear recommendations.

My child attended for removal of two teeth and gas and air at western road practice. I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. Prior to the enquiry I had been waiting for over a year for him to be seen by NHS services to no avail. During the procedure I am happy there were no tears and he coped really well. Many thanks to the whole team.

Excellent manner, clear and calm; impressive technical skills, adroit and methodical; good understanding of things from the patient’s point of view - when I had to have a tooth removed, for instance, he talked me through all the options, dental and financial - and, above all, very professional, conveys a great sense of (wholly justified) pride in his work.

Dr Kalkani was extremely kind, caring and thorough in explaining the surgery my 14 year old daughter needed. The surgery was well organised and planned smoothly and despite our surgical anxiety she was patient and reassuring. Special attention was paid to allay our fears no matter how minor. I would highly recommended Dr Kalkani and her paediatric team as extremely proficient, knowledgeable and gentle.
