My child attended for removal of two teeth and gas and air at western road practice. I was happy as he was seen within a week of my enquiry and Dr Gupta called in advance to explain how the sedation will work and what was involved. Prior to the enquiry I had been waiting for over a year for him to be seen by NHS services to no avail. During the procedure I am happy there were no tears and he coped really well. She put me at complete ease, explained the process, numbing the spot completely and removing the tooth so quickly I honestly couldn’t believe it was over so quickly! In and out in less than 20 mins.
