Efficient and speedy booking of appointments, friendly and professional staff.

The whole end to end service was excellent, very helpful and friendly staff, the procedure went smoothly and was explained, the hospital has excellent facilities and the food is first class.

I felt safe and cared for. I was treated with dignity, kindness and respect. Also I felt the staff support and care. All staff spent time talking with me, explaining procedures. Thank you!

Parking can be difficult but the staff were friendly and wait time was great

I encountered friendliness and helpfulness from all staff. I especially liked the lady who helped me with my meal selection, she was a ray of sunshine. The clinic environment is spotlessly clean.

Quick and easy check in with reception. Was expected and forms to complete were ready as soon as I arrived. Receptionist was friendly and efficient. Comfortable waiting area.
