Gus diagnosed the issue, helped me strengthen the muscles to prevent it returning and gave me a training plan that got me back on track. He’s knowledgeable, practical and realistic. He understood I didn’t want a zero risk plan - but to get to the event and complete it (which I did with no pain and a time I’m delighted with). Overall, I was impressed with his knowledge and expertise in his field. He was able to address my concerns with clear and insightful information, which was very reassuring. However, I did feel that the appointment was somewhat rushed. I would have appreciated a bit more time to discuss my issues in detail and to feel fully heard. While I understand that doctors have tight schedules, a slightly more relaxed pace would greatly enhance the patient experience.
