My wait time for surgery was so quick, all the relevant staff prepped me and got me ready for surgery and it was very professional . My nurse was especially kind and the anaesthetist made me laugh which helped ease my nerves.

I encountered friendliness and helpfulness from all staff. I especially liked the lady who helped me with my meal selection, she was a ray of sunshine. The clinic environment is spotlessly clean.

I felt safe and cared for. I was treated with dignity, kindness and respect. Also I felt the staff support and care. All staff spent time talking with me, explaining procedures. Thank you!
