Dr Tristan Ramcharan has a very calming, personable and reassuring presence which allowed my daughter to discuss her symptoms with ease. He completed a thorough investigation and explained clearly to us what he was looking at throughout and gave reassurance that everything was normal. He gave lots of opportunities for us all to ask further questions. We all felt completely at ease during and after the appointment due to the nature of Dr Tristan Ramcharan’s consultation skills.

He listens to the patient- and allows them time to do so and then clearly discusses the problem/issue making sure the patient is understanding what is being said. When outlining the plan/next steps he again listens to the patient also ensures they understand it. He is very clear in his communication and doesn’t “um and er” - very fluid and easy to listen to.

Dr Farhan shahid is a wonderful person he explained everything very clearly & politely excellent service provided by the cardiologist. Thankyou
