Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.

The staff were very professional and friendly, made me feel at ease and welcome. My appointment was with Dr Shyamalan at 1.30pm, but a room wasn't available for my procedure until after 2pm....so a small wait time. Dr Shyalaman did keep me fully informed on timings and offered us drinks etc. The procedure was carried out with full details of what was happening all the way through, I really liked this. As a nervous patient it was good to have conversation.

My experience was a good one as all the staff were polite and helpful.

I have nothing but praise for all of the staff at Midland Eye, from the receptionists to the surgeons and their medical assistants. I have regular treatment for macular degeneration-initially from Mr Sivaraj-who also identified the need for and carried out two cataract operations. All appointments were made promptly and I was fully informed about the procedures. These were performed precisely as arranged with excellent aftercare.
