Brilliant service, staff extremely friendly, reassuring and professional. Everything was explained very clearly. Could not have had a better experience and would certainly recommend the service.

Found the clinic to be staffed with very friendly and knowledgeable people. Mr Whu, my consultant explained everything about my problem and related to all the options that I could take. I opted for the operation and I cannot fault the work he did which has given me a very good outcome. I am very satisfied.

Very efficient and quick

The staff were very professional and friendly, made me feel at ease and welcome. My appointment was with Dr Shyamalan at 1.30pm, but a room wasn't available for my procedure until after 2pm....so a small wait time. Dr Shyalaman did keep me fully informed on timings and offered us drinks etc. The procedure was carried out with full details of what was happening all the way through, I really liked this. As a nervous patient it was good to have conversation.

Very professional but the whole experience was so much better because all the staff were friendly and caring and my treatment was carried out very efficiently and I was allowed to have my assessment and treatment all in one day which was so important as I wasn't allowed to drive until the treatment had taken place.

My experience was a good one as all the staff were polite and helpful.

Throughout my hospital stay, including my pre and post operative appointments, I have found all staff to be professional, informative, caring, sensitive and friendly, which put me at ease throughout the whole process. I found the South Bank Hospital environment to be pleasant and conducive to a speedy recovery.
