Marcus has a knack of making you feel like you're his only patient and I felt in very safe hands. I had one small issue which was dealt with immediately. Mr Britto was always courteous, pleasant and respectful whenever I was visiting him. He explained very carefully what the options were and any risks associated with what I was planning to have done. From start to finish my experience has been outstanding. My initial consultation I was a little nervous and didn't know what to expect. Mr Awad made me feel at ease, explained absolutely everything in detail and answered all my questions. My operation day, again Mr Awad sat and explained everything, helped with all my questions and made me feel less anxious. I am 3 months post op now and my results are better than I ever thought they would be. My scarring is healing perfectly even though I usually have issues with scarring. And I have had zero complications. I could not be happier with my whole experience. And I am definitely happy I chose Mr Awad as my surgeon.

I cannot fault any part of my experience from the excellent initial consultation to the removal of my skin lesions to the follow up consultation after my minor surgery. All was explained carefully at the initial visit when surgery was recommended and at the procedure appointment and during the treatment. At the follow up future care of the scars was advised. Hence my all round 5 star rating.
