All aspects of my visits to The Prostate Centre have been more than satisfactory, from waiting times, staff interactions, cleanliness and the overall environment has made me feel well looked after throughout.

Lovely hospital, always welcoming and clean

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

It just seemed like a clean and very efficient environment. There was never any sense of panic, or rush but things happened smoothly and on time. Reception is very efficient.

Excellent and reassuring.

I have been a regular visitor of PMH and my expectations have always been met!
