My wait time for surgery was so quick, all the relevant staff prepped me and got me ready for surgery and it was very professional . My nurse was especially kind and the anaesthetist made me laugh which helped ease my nerves.

One appointment I had to wait 40 mins - staff shortages. Apart from that appointments were processed promptly
