I have visited the Manor on a number of occasions and, as always, everything was superb.

Overall my experience with HCA was ok - especially the care side which was friendly and effective, but the admin side was less efficient, particularly in terms of clarity in pricing and payment processes which seemed complex and uncoordinated.

Attended for a major surgery Jun 24. Hospital was very well run and very well equipped. Was treated courteously and respectfully ar all times. All levels of staff from doctors to nurses to porters were very professional and competent.

Circle were excellent - great comms, great attention, well resourced Only reason for -1 was change of date

Cannot fault my visits associated with hip replacement (Feb 2023) and recent knee replacement.

Excellent care and I felt well informed at every stage of treatment.

All good except they sent me home with dressing that were not big enough to cover the scar and after surgery I was sent to reception without accompaniment and I had to carry my own bag.
