Professor Frampton literally saved my mother. He has been so helpful and kind. He took the time to care for her after complications from surgeries he hadn't done himself, to arrange scans on weekends and also to help us (her daughter and son), with phone calls and information after normal business hours. He took over her care from another Professor and we are so grateful he did because he gave us peace of mind and really explained things, which eased our minds from stressing had we not been informed. He was always on the end of the phone when we needed him. We will always be in his debt.

I was seen quickly by the surgeon who explained my problem and his suggested treatment, and was quickly given date of procedure. It went extremely well, I was discharged same day, mild pain next day, then no pain after went for follow up, surgeon and myself were very pleased with result. Very very pleased!

Before the surgery he took time to explain everything, properly arranging everything from the pre op consultations to post op consultations in a very organised manner. I felt that he actually listened to my fears and treated me as a patient should be treated which in my experience with very qualified surgeons is a rarity.
