Getting my surgery done by Mr Rao was one of the best decisions I made. He made me feel completely at ease and informed thought the entire process. I felt he was very attentive and took time for all my questions and queries pre and post op. I couldn't be happier with my results and the use of simulation pictures were really great to see what my results could look like. The team he had during the op were fantastic too, especially the anaesthetists and his support team. I was incredibly nervous pre op and they really set me at ease. Overall I am extremely satisfied with the experience with Mr Karim Kassam. From the very beginning, Mr Kassam was very thorough and explained the process and diagnosis promptly and clearly. The clarity and swift diagnosis was incredibly reassuring making what could have been a stressful experience feel manageable and straightforward. My recovery is coming along very well 1 week post operation and the pain has subsided quite significantly.
